We DON’T create Nails before Payment, Our Customer Service Team can answer any Questions !

Refunds Policy: Please expect NO refunds for USED, OPENED, Or CUSTOM SIZED Sets due to Hygiene, with exceptions for MANUFACTURER DEFECTS or SHIPPING DAMAGE. Refund can take up to 7-12 Business Days. Submit Claim with Customer Service 1-2 Days after receiving Order with images.

Quarter Measuring:

Step 1:

Place Hand on a Flat Surface with a Quarter ( ONLY ) next to your Nail

You will be taking 4 images;

1st Image—> is with 4 Fingers ( Index, Middle, Ring & Pinky )

2nd Image —> is just your Thumb

X Repeat on Other Hand **

STEP 2:

Please Send Us Your Four Images + Style/Design

ERROR MESSAGE: You will ONLY get an Error Email from Customer Service if the Steps provided were not done properly which could cause a Decline on Your Order !

MUST MAKE SURE: Images are CLEAR ( Bird Eye View )

Soft Tape Measuring:

STEP 1:

The tape Measure is aligned with the edge of your Nail

( Start at the Zero Mark ) & ( Measure in Cm )

STEP 2:

Stick the soft measuring tape tightly around the surface of your Nail
